The Italian girl at reception, Sabrina, was friendly and gave us great tips for exploring the city and the Christmas markets. The breakfast, although not included, was delicious. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from our room.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were excellent, providing a warm and friendly service. My room was spacious and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and air conditioning. The location was perfect, outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, providing a peaceful environment to relax. The fitness studio was well equipped, and I enjoyed using the spa lounge facilities. The restaurant was also excellent, serving delicious food.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The beds were very comfortable and the duvets were of great quality. The 24-hour concierge service was helpful and all the staff spoke excellent English. The hotel is located in a nice and modern area, close to the University and a great food market. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a desk for work and plenty of electric sockets. The bar/cafe on the ground floor had a nice sitting-outside area and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was also very clean, modern, and safe.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel provided sweets and goodies in the hallway during Karneval. The tram stop was just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient to reach Neumarkt.

The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the hotel provided good facilities for a short stay.
To the hotel experience. The rooms lacked some basic amenities such as tea making facilities and ironing boards, only provided upon request.
